The Ball High Lady Tors varsity golf team qualified for the Region III-5A Girls Golf Championships by winning the 2nd place team medals at the District 20-5A Girls Golf Championships in Galveston at Moody Gardens GC today by shooting a team score of 805(400-405). This brings the Lady Tors season record to 66-16.
Sara Jolin led the Lady Tors by taking home the 3rd place individual medal with a score of 179(90-89)(personal best). The rest of the Lady Tors were Mackenzie Mielsch(186)(95-91-4th), Parker Holland(212)(107-105-12th), and Dolores Salinas(228)(108-120)(personal best).
