BALL HIGH SWIM COMPETES IN REGION V-5A CHAMPIONSHIPS

The Ball High Swim Team competed in the Region V-5A championships this weekend where many athletes advanced to finals, swam personal best times, and even made it onto the podium.

Individual Accomplishments:

2. Kyanna Jankowiak

• ??3rd Place in the Girls 50 Yard Freestyle, with a time of 25.94 .

• 5th Place in the Girls 100 Yard Backstroke, with a time of 1:08.52 .

3. Moya Hudson

• 8th Place in the Girls 100 Yard Breaststroke, with a time of 1:19.92 .

4. Abigail Obert

• 11th Place in the Girls 100 Yard Butterfly, with a time of 1:18.01 .



Relay Team Accomplishments:

1. Girls 200 Yard Freestyle Relay

• 4th Place with a time of 1:55.81

• Team Members: Abigail Obert (12), Isabel Obert (12), Ra’Niya Pope (09), Kyanna Jankowiak (12) .

2. Girls 400 Yard Freestyle Relay

• 6th Place with a time of 4:48.81

• Team Members: Ra’Niya Pope (09), Alexis Luza (10), Isabelle Beasley (09), Moya Hudson (12) .
